Today is World Octopus Day. We are focusing today on a creature that presents science with an enormous number of mysteries and remains largely unresearched regarding its intelligence and personality.
The octopus ends up on our plates far too often and is consequently highly threatened. Due to human consumption and climate change, it could disappear from our planet faster than we can research it.
Take the time today to look at our new booklet on this fascinating species: https://elasmocean.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/250909_ElasmOceanBroschuere_Der_Oktopus.pdf
