Claudia's review of the Vegan Beats Festival:
On 27.09., I represented ElasmOcean at the Vegan Beats Festival in Munich. In addition to our own information stand, where I presented our work and engaged in many interesting discussions, I also had the opportunity to give a presentation on marine conservation. For me, the real highlight was not the food stalls, but the exhibitors and the people behind them. Their commitment to animal welfare, the inspiring conversations, and the consistently positive energy made the festival particularly noteworthy. It was encouraging to witness the level of passion and commitment in this field – a valuable experience full of exchange, ideas, and a constructive atmosphere.
It was particularly gratifying to observe that animals are increasingly being given a voice through human advocacy – and that there are individuals dedicated to protecting them and their habitats, both on land and in the oceans. The key lies in collaboration, regardless of one's specific standpoint. Ultimately, our shared objective remains the preservation of the planet for the future.
