We were pleased to explain what ElasmOcean stands for, our approach to marine and species conservation, and why it is necessary to consider the broader picture. A healthy marine ecosystem must also take into account the tributaries, predators outside of the water, chemicals and marine debris, as well as every human intervention—whether exploiting or protecting, destroying or restoring.
