This is likely a first: the entire taxonomy of sharks, featuring all 551 extant shark species at a single glance. Now available at boot Düsseldorf, exclusively from ElasmOcean in a small, limited edition.
As scientific taxonomy is dynamic—with new shark species being discovered and others (regrettably) facing extinction—the poster is explicitly labelled "as of late 2023". We intend to update this overview on an annual basis.
The currently recognised 551 extant shark species are ready to adorn your wall. Strictly exclusive and limited: only 100 copies are available. You will need to act quickly and visit stand K23 in Hall 11, near the transition to Hall 12, close to the diving tower and stage. Available in exchange for a donation.
The poster is the concept of our members Daniel (taxonomy), Jesco and Max (scientific expertise), and Viktoria (design). An excellent team achievement!
