Our sporting partner KEC "Die Kölner Haie" has reached the playoff finals for the German Ice Hockey Championship. Starting tonight, they will compete in a best-of-seven series against Eisbären Berlin.
The partnership, which to our knowledge remains the world's only collaboration between a major national sports club and a conservation organisation to protect the club's mascot, could achieve a historic milestone in 2025. We wish Kölner Haie and their captain Moritz Müller #91 (who continues to perform exceptionally despite a painful injury) four victories and a series of exciting, injury-free games.
