A few days ago, we met with the "Krakenpapa" Christian Stock (pictured right) to hand over a large quantity of collected bottle caps.
The K.R.A.K.E. ("Kölner Rhein-Aufräum-Kommando-Einheit") collects this valuable raw material, which is subsequently melted down for recycling. We are very pleased to support this initiative. The proceeds fund local animal conservation projects, with this year's focus dedicated to the protection of bats (Chiroptera). Consequently, we will continue our collection efforts to assist other key organisations performing valuable conservation work.
Small quantities of collected bottle caps can also be delivered directly to the "Müllseum" at Burgenlandstraße 3a in Cologne. For larger quantities, please arrange an appointment with Christian Stock in advance (where necessary, this can be coordinated through us).
