Marine Conservation Day at “Sharky am Schloss” - the sharks were loose in Bensberg. 50 children participated and went swimming with "Haidemarie". As always, there was much information worth knowing about the ocean to explore: The focus was on the ecosystem and its inhabitants, but also on the correct handling of plastic and the associated avoidance of single-use plastic.
At the end of the day, we looked into the happy eyes of our junior marine conservationists.
As demand was enormous, we will attempt to offer several dates in Bensberg in 2026. We will presumably announce them on our homepage from February onwards.
